I have a 1969 Rolex. This has an acrylic crystal, not a sapphire crystal. I've owned it for 25 years, and it had quite a few scratches. One was fairly deep. The cost to replace the crystal is hundreds of dollars. I lived with the scratches for years until I found this product. The product worked like magic. I used a microfiber cloth and put a drop on the watch face. I polished the watch face for 2-3 minutes. I then put another drop on and repeated the procedure. I could see the light scratches being removed, but the deep one was still there. After 4-5 drops, and about 15 minutes of polishing, every scratch was gone! I was stunned. My crystal now looks brand new. Wow. Highly recommend. It's not magical, and did take 15 minutes of polishing, but I now have a new looking watch.
Just a small amount is needed and when rubbed off you can see the dial very clearly. I don’t believe any scratches are removed, they are shined so much as to be hidden from view. This makes the dial cleaner looking and bright. Polish does work very well. Old crystals are much improved and watch faces are very refreshed.
This stuff works!! It’s not going to help with gouges, but hairline scratches and dulling of plastic surfaces from use will be done away with.

The product is effective for minor scratches but not for tougher ones. It polishes well. I recommend it for addressing minor scratches on plastic watch faces.
