Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification, including tracking information, when your order has shipped. Please note: Order processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Currently, we are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. Please note: LUXGOLDTOOLS reserves the right to modify our shipping rates, methods, and promotions at any time without prior notice. Any applicable shipping charges will always be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Because we ship globally to support jewelry makers and professionals around the world, delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and local customs clearance processes. Generally, our estimated delivery timeframe is:

  • Standard International Shipping: 6 to 12 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier volume, severe weather, or customs inspections. We appreciate your patience.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Please be aware that LUXGOLDTOOLS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
