Featuring a parabolic spiral flute geometry and razor-sharp split-point cutting lips, the Series 58PM drill bit delivers rapid swarf clearance without binding or drifting off center. Machined from premium hardened tool steel, each bit retains sharp cutting edges when penetrating soft, gummy precious metals such as yellow gold, fine silver, copper, brass, and related non-ferrous alloys. Built on an industry-standard 2.35 mm (3/32") reinforced shank, these twist drills fit all jeweler flexible shaft handpieces, precision micromotors, and quick-change bench systems without requiring miniature collet swaps. Available in a calibrated diameter progression from 0.50 mm to 2.30 mm (Art.-Nr. 03 212 005 to 03 212 023), each size is packaged in a bench storage box of 6 pieces.
