Shape Selection Guide

Select the specific geometry required for your workpiece:

• #10 Knife-Edge (304-414): Tapers to a sharp disc. The absolute requirement for cutting and smoothing inside tight V-channels, sharp corners, and between prongs.

• #11 Flat-Edge (304-415): A flat-topped wheel geometry. Ideal for rapidly leveling and smoothing broad, flat surfaces such as watch case sides, signet rings, and custom hardware.

• #13 Bullet (304-413): A rounded, dome-shaped cylinder. The standard workhorse for smoothing the inside curvature of rings and blending contoured surfaces.

• 28 Point (304-416): A sharp, tapered cone. Essential for precision detailing inside small drill holes, filigree cutouts, and intricate settings.
