ORO® Blue Muslin Buff

The high-hardness, chemically treated buff engineered for aggressive scratch removal on hard metals. Polishing raw platinum castings or deeply scratched hard alloys requires a wheel that will not collapse under heavy friction. The ORO® Blue Muslin Buff is manufactured from thick, high-density cotton and infused with a specialized blue chemical treatment. This treatment maximizes the hardness and durability of the 50 plies, creating a rigid surface that effectively drives high-grain cutting compounds into the metal. It is the industry standard for the initial pre-polishing and flattening stages of platinum fabrication.
