Diablade Diamond Polishing Wheels For HSS and Carbide
Keep your gravers razor sharp by regularly resharpening and polishing them with these specially formulated impregnated rubber diamond wheels from EVE in Germany.

Performance: Keep your tools in tip top condition enabling the graver to glide easily over the metal.

Available Grades:

Coarse (Green): Re-shaping and smoothing

Medium (Blue): Pre-polishing

Usage Recommendations:

Maintenance: We recommend using the Fine (yellow) for regular maintenance polishing to keep your gravers sharp.

Re-shaping Process: For re-shaping use the Coarse (green), followed by the Medium (blue) and finally finish with the Fine (yellow).

Speed (RPM): Recommended use at 5,000-8,000 RPM (Do not exceed 10,000 RPM).
