Installation & Operating Instructions

1. Terminal Connections: Connect the tungsten needle holder cable into the red output terminal (Seat Needle / Negative). Plug the clamping tweezers into the black output terminal (Fixture / Positive).

2. Electrode Setup: Sharpen the tip of the Ø 1.0 mm tungsten needle on a diamond lap/grinder. Insert the needle into the holder with approximately 50 mm extension.

3. Power & Current Calibration: Turn on the main illuminated power rocker switch. Set the coarse and fine knobs according to metal thickness and alloy conductivity.

4. Positioning: Securely grip the workpiece with the tweezers. Align the joint interface precisely opposite the tungsten needle point at an optimal air gap of approximately 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm (never let the workpiece touch the needle directly).

5. Trigger Weld: Tap and immediately release the foot switch to trigger the micro-arc discharge.
