Originally developed for the reciprocating (not rotary) Foredom Filer, this versatile controller eliminates the foot-fatigue of standard pedal controls by transferring speed adjustment directly to a precision dial on the bench top. By restricting current output in its low setting, it ensures ultimate safety and fine control when driving delicate reciprocating handpieces, while remaining fully switchable to accommodate standard full-speed rotary burs.
