Its calendered, slightly glazed surface finish prevents loose fiber snagging and ensures that micro-abrasive grains remain evenly suspended at the wheel’s edge. Built with high-density layered constructions (up to 81-Ply / 15 mm and 54-Ply / 10 mm) on reinforced, stapled cardboard cores, STV discs provide smooth, concentric rotation on standard 6 mm tapered lathe spindles.
